Finding Peace by the River

Five days to rest. Reconnect. Remember yourself.

An intimate five-day women's retreat beside Montana's beautiful Bitterroot River.

Step away from the demands of everyday life and into a peaceful space created for healing, meaningful connection, and the beautiful experience of simply being.

Five Days · Four Nights · An Intimate Women's Retreat

Come exactly as you are. You are so loved.

An Invitation to Slow Down

What if you gave yourself permission to simply be?

You spend so much of your life showing up for others.

Caring. Giving. Organizing. Supporting.

Moving from one responsibility to the next.

And somewhere along the way, the quiet voice asking for your own time, your own rest, and your own peace can become difficult to hear.

Finding Peace by the River is an invitation to listen again.

To step away from the noise.

To be cared for.

To reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve tenderness, attention, and space.

Nothing is expected of you here.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

A Personal Invitation from Sarah

The Beautiful Things People Have Shared

Reflections from women who have experienced Sarah's work.

“Sarah creates truly thoughtful and deeply healing retreat experiences. Her calm, intuitive presence makes everything feel safe, supported, and held from the moment you arrive. I left the retreat feeling genuinely rested, reconnected, and renewed in a way that stayed with me long after.”
— Jan Marnell
“The small group allowed all of the Reiki "sisters" to come together in a very safe and intimate way. Sarah had lots of fun and healing activities planned for us, but not too many, there was lots of time for rest and space to " do our own thing" in-between. … The Reiki Retreat allowed me to rest, reset, connect and by the end if the weekend I felt rejuvenated recharged!”
— Anna Stephens
“Sarah creates a beautiful and nurturing space for others to come together to learn and share Reiki. Her touch is both intentional and respectfully present. I am grateful to be a part of her Reiki Circle and held by the sacred spaces she provides. Sarah creates experiences that are deeply nurturing and supportive.”
— Debra Sommer
“My experience with Sarah, both as a Reiki practitioner and retreat facilitator, has been an offering of sincere love and goodness. … I also know this to be true being in her presence, that Sarah is love in action.”
— Helen Jennings
“At each meeting, I have been carefully and respectfully guided on my faith journey. Growth is facilitated at all levels, from wherever I have been when I arrived. Always a very pleasant and supportive environment, and a time to grow, strengthen bonds and make new friends.”
— Patty Benner
