When you send a reservation request, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, your preferred accommodation, and any message you write to Sarah. To protect the form from spam, we also keep a one-way scrambled version of your network address for a short rate-limit check; it can't be read back as your address.

Submitting a request does not confirm a booking and no payment is taken through this site.

We use your request so Sarah can follow up personally about availability and the next steps. A thank-you message appears on this site once your request is saved; no automatic email is sent.

Any dietary, accessibility or individual needs you share are used only to discuss arrangements for your stay.

Future-event and retreat updates are sent only if you checked the separate, unchecked-by-default box on the reservation request form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any update.

We don't sell or rent your information. Requests are stored securely and can be viewed only by authorized Peaceful River staff. We may use trusted service providers (such as hosting and email delivery) solely to operate this site and communicate with you.

We keep this information for as long as it's useful for the retreat and related follow-up, or until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
